Human Resources Associate

Functions: The HR Associate is responsible for providing full support for daily HR operations at Lindsay Sulama. This role reports to the Director of Human Resources, EMEA & APAC – and will play a vital role within the global Human Resource team.
Responsibilities are, but not limited to:
HR Operations
- Maintain and update employee files and records ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Operating social security processes, administrative affairs as needed.
- Assist in audits and reporting related to HR operations.
- Develop and update HR policies, handbooks, and procedures as needed.
Payroll & Benefits
- Assist in processing payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness with the 3rd parties.
- Operate employee benefits (health, life etc.) enrollment, renewal processes, administration, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with finance and external payroll providers for payroll execution.
HR Systems & Process
- Manage and optimize HRIS and other HR tools.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in HR operations and recommend solutions.
- Support HR analytics by maintaining HR dashboards and generating reports.
Employee Relations
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and leave management.
- Support union relations, onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and a smooth transition.
- Provide guidance on HR procedures and best practices to employees and managers.
Data Protection
- Serve as the KVKK Responsible Officer, enroll to the related registry and ensuring compliance with KVKK regulations and overseeing data protection activities.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1 year of office experience
- Must currently reside within a commutable distance to Corlu worksite
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Management or Business Administration
- 1 year of applicable Human Resource experience
- A solid understanding of a production environment and its requirements
- General knowledge of principles and procedures for recruitment, training, compensation & benefits, labor relations, and negotiation
- Union relations knowledge and/or experience
- Experience using systems such as Success Factors, MS Office and Visio
- Time tracking systems knowledge
