Job brief
We are looking for Warehouse and/or Shippers to participate in our operations and activities at our facility in Lindsay, NE. Warehouse/Shippers responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing, and scanning orders. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Your job is very important as a contributor to the production of our infrastructure and agricultural products.
Position Details
- Starting Pay $21.50 / Shift Differential $.75
- 5 Days Per Week with Alternating Saturdays – Occasional Sundays
- 1st Shift – Start 5:00 a.m.; 2nd Shift – Start 3:30 p.m.

Responsibilities
- Operate lifting devices (forklift, electric pickers, side lift) to load and/or unload materials.
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, crate, label, ship)
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
- Report any inventory discrepancies
- Accurately complete required paperwork and documentation
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Operate and maintain preventively warehouse/shipping vehicles and equipment
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
- Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety
Requirements
- Must be able to adhere to Lindsay policies and procedures, while maintaining a safe work environment
- Must be willing to stand, walk, bend, stretch, climb, (push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs.) and reach to perform job functions
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with conditions including but not limited to cold, heat, bright sun, noise, and nuisance dusts (work will include indoor/outdoor)
- Experience as a Warehouse/Shipper is a plus
- Familiarity with modern warehouse/shipment practices and methods is a plus
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Current forklift license is a plus
