Painting Technician
Location: Lindsay, NE
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Lifts, positions, and removes work pieces from machine to assist in fitting and welding.
- Loads, stacks, and transports stock, tools, and work in process by hand or truck.
- Ability to operating cranes or lifts.
- Cleans, scrapes, sands materials prior to painting. Performs quality check prior to packaging materials for other areas or customers. Must be able to perform assembly tasks as needed or fill in other areas as business demand changes.
- Ability to perform key testing procedures to ensure process adherence is being performed for the process.
- Must be knowledgeable on the proper use hand tools such as grinders, hammers, wrenches and air
bander.
- Must have the ability to operate all mechanical machines oven, conveyors, heaters
upright grinder.
- Must follow all safety rules and regulations, including the reporting of any hazards, violations, or

injuries to your Team Leader no matter how minor.
- Must operate safety equipment and help provide a safe working environment by maintaining good
housekeeping practices.
- Must be able to work overtime and weekends as required by the Team Leader and to meet our customer needs.
- Must be able to complete all production and warehouse transactions and paperwork.

Other Requirements
Mathematical Ability: Ability to add and subtract, read and understand a tape measure.

or diagram form.
Computer skills preferred. Previous material handling or painting a plus.
