                                                          Administrative Coordinator

 

Location: Lindsay, NE

 

Position Overview:

The Administrative Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth daily functioning of the facility. This role supports various departments, coordinates employee engagement activities, manages logistics and supplies, and maintains effective communication across teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Coordinate and manage daily administrative operations across departments.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and company events.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation in both physical and digital formats.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation support.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory; place orders as needed.
  • Support HR and operations teams with data entry, reporting, and compliance documentation.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as requested.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and wellness programs. 
  • Meal coordination and cleanup for meetings and tours.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS is a plus.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving.
