Position Description

We’re looking to hire an Order Fulfillment Technician to aid in the manufacturing of electronics products at our facility in Norfolk, NE. This position will enter and maintain product data, process direct raw materials, perform secondary operations, perform product testing and processing of electronics and help with order fulfillment. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, with extended hours during the busy season (Apr-Sept), that includes working Saturdays till noon.

 

Responsibilities

  • Program and test all the PCB (printed circuit board) types
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production status and issues
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized production area
  • Troubleshoot minor production issues and escalate major problems to managers
  • Process customer orders by receiving and reviewing them for quality and completeness
  • Label packages accurately with shipping information
  • Provide feedback to improve processes and efficiency
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction · Resolve any order-related problems promptly and efficiently 

 

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills, especially with inventory systems and spreadsheets
  • Basic math measuring skills
  • Good communication skills for working with internal teams
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Ability to stand, walk and lift items for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items, typically over 50 pounds
  • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
