Position Description
Lindsay Corporation is seeking a visionary and results-driven executive to lead and expand our global aftermarket business. Reporting directly to the President of Global Irrigation, this senior leader will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive profitable growth, operational excellence, and customer success across all aftermarket segments and regions. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a track record of building and scaling high-performance teams, driving commercial success, and innovating in service delivery and customer support. Success in this role requires the ability to lead through influence, navigate complexity, and drive alignment across a global matrix structure. The Vice President will be adept at managing cross-functional relationships and ensuring collaboration across geographically dispersed teams and business units.
Position Details
This is a full-time role based at Lindsay’s global headquarters in Omaha, Nebraska, USA. The position requires approximately 30% travel, including both domestic trips within North America and international travel.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the global aftermarket strategic growth plan in alignment with Lindsay’s long-term vision
- Identify and pursue new revenue streams, customer segments, and market opportunities including partnerships, M&A, and regional expansion
- Develop and lead go-to-market strategies, including channel, pricing frameworks, discount structures, portfolio mix, availability & delivery, and business model optimization for aftermarket parts and ancillary products.
- Oversee execution of aftermarket programs across parts, service, support, upgrades, digital platforms, and distribution centers
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize product lifecycle management, genuine OEM parts and ancillary component portfolios, and promotional initiatives
- Ensure proper parts coverage in the field, factoring in working capital targets, geography, seasonality, and grower profiles
- Drive continuous improvement across systems and processes, with a focus on digital commercial tools and customer experience platforms
- Own full P&L accountability for the global aftermarket business, ensuring topline and bottom-line growth targets are met
- Analyze financial and market performance to inform strategic decisions and operational priorities
- Partner with regional finance and operations teams to manage forecasts, sales performance, and monthly S&OP planning
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and channel partners, positioning Lindsay as a market leader
- Gather Voice of Customer (VoC) insights to inform sales strategy and product development roadmaps
- Collaborate with commercial teams, engineering, product management, supply chain and marketing to refine the aftermarket portfolio for maximum customer value
- Build and lead either directly or in a matrix capacity, a high-performing global team rooted in accountability, agility, and innovation
- Develop talent across regions, fostering cross-functional collaboration and leadership alignment
- Mentor and guide commercial teams with clear KPIs, tracking tools, and a culture of results-driven performance
- Design training programs and tools that elevate aftermarket selling capabilities and dealer enablement
- Partner with regional finance and operations teams to manage forecasts, sales performance, and monthly S&OP planning
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, agriculture, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Experience: 15+ years in commercial or operational leadership roles, preferably in agriculture, irrigation, or industrial technology sectors with international experience
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and motivate a diverse and matrix team
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning and execution skills
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
