Role: Lindsay is hiring a Marketing Manager for the EMEA & APAC region. The incumbent in this role will be responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing strategies and programs. This includes planning, directing, and coordinating initiatives to assess market demand for the company’s products and services, as well as those of its competitors. A key focus will be on identifying and targeting potential customer segments, while continuously monitoring market trends to inform the development of new offerings and ensure alignment with evolving customer needs.
This position is based in our Netherlands office and offers a pleasant in-office setting. 20-25% travel is required for this position within the entire EMEA/APAC region.
Responsibilities are, but not limited to:
- Responsible and accountable for designated and assignment-based marketing management and support functions aligned to the company’s global marketing strategy, including managing the EMEA and APAC websites, digital marketing campaigns, promotions, events and advertising with support from the marketing agency and corporate marketing team.
- Develop and implement short and long-term marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
- Define the intended market or audience for specific products.
- Coordinate and execute marketing plans, campaigns, events and strategies in line with the agreed-upon budget.
- Oversee marketing material.
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly and annual market reports to present current and forecasted data.
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, suppliers and vendors.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience: 5-7 years of marketing experience.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing market trends, campaign performance, and consumer behavior to make data-driven decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for creating compelling marketing content and collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion.
- Digital Marketing: Expertise in digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Budget Management: Experience in managing marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Customer Focus: Understanding of customer needs and preferences to tailor marketing efforts effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing tools and software, such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
- Networking: Strong networking skills to build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, media outlets, and influencers.
PREFERENCES:
- An MBA or a master's degree in marketing or a related field can be advantageous.
- Professional certifications such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, or other relevant marketing certifications
- 5-7 years in a Marketing managerial role.
- Experience with Salesforce
