工作内容：

Job Responsibilities：

1. 总体负责自项目设计开始至产品交付止的全价值流组织协调工作。

Overall responsible for the organization and coordination of the entire value stream from project design to product delivery.

2. 对设计方案，产品选型，报价策略，流程管理，产品交付，及施工调试提出意见和建议。

Provide opinions and suggestions on design solutions, product selection, quotation strategies, process management, product delivery, and construction and commissioning.

3. 总体负责滴灌产品管理，作为产品管理方面的接口与美国林赛工程部和产品管理部沟通。

Overall responsible for drip irrigation product management, and communicate with the Lindsay Engineering Department and Product Management Department of the United States as an interface for product management.

4. 负责未来产品和前沿技术方面的调研，对未来产品规划和技术研发方向给出意见和建议。

Responsible for the research of future products and cutting-edge technologies, and provide opinions and suggestions on future product planning and technology research and development directions.

5. 协助销售部门召开观摩会、展会，参与市场推广和调研活动。

Assist the sales department in holding product shows and exhibitions, and participate in market promotion and research activities.

6. 上级委派的其它工作。

Other work assigned by superiors.

任职资格：

Qualifications for the position：

1. 本科以上学历，农田水利、园艺等相关教育背景。

Bachelor degree or above, with education background in farmland irrigation, horticulture, etc.

2. 精通各类别滴灌产品和应用技术，至少8年以上大田滴灌工作经验。

Proficient in various types of drip irrigation products and application technologies, at least 8 years of experience in field drip irrigation.

3. 具备勘测、方案设计、水利计算能力。

Proficient in surveying, program design, and hydraulic calculation.

4. 英文听说读写能力俱佳，口语尤其重要，可以自由电话讨论、汇报演示。

Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English, capable of independent telephone discussions, presentations, and reporting.

5. 能够适应出差及农田作业环境。

Ability to adapt to business trips and field work environments.

6. 熟练应用Office办公，滴灌设计，及水利测算等软件。

Proficient in using Office, drip design, and hydraulic calculation software.

7. 擅于沟通，良好的逻辑性，快速学习能力。

Good at communication, good logic, and fast learning ability.
